In the world of high school hoops, there are few things that can top a buzzer beating shot and the students at Davis High School in Kaysville, Utah witnessed an incredible one on Thursday Night.

Davis was playing Olympus High School (East Holladay, UT) and time was winding down with the score tied at 46. Olympus had possession of the ball out of bounds and were trying to set up a game-winning shot.

However, the Darts had other ideas as Braden Koelliker steals the ball from a driving Olympus player and found his teammate Abel Porter with just enough time for a half court heave.

Abel drained the shot and the Davis fans rushed the court to celebrate the unlikely victory:

To the naked eye (and ear), it seems like the shot left his hands AFTER the buzzer had started to sound. There is no clock in view on the tape, so there’s no way to completely know, but going off of the buzzer, that shot should not have counted.
