From their position downfield they wouldn’t be able to tell it wasn’t a forward pass. The first WR stops as though it was an incomplete pass before heaving it. It seems like a gimmick play that wouldn’t work twice, but you never know. Browne is a USC commit, but after this season he might be reconsidering.
