Benifits for working at a pizza place? Assuming it’s a min-wage job, all the positions will still be filled without giving benifits. Not to mention high schoolers that get the jobs… at least where I’m from. And those not in HS that have a job a the pizza place were either the manager, or someone that couldn’t get a different job after HS and they’ve been working there for 6 years.

Personal opinion, but not every job deserves benifits. If the boss wants to give them anyways, that generous of them. But they don’t have to, and it should be their choice.

We assume that because Manning looks and acts clean cut that he would never smoke pot? I know a lot of clean cut, professional, well employed, family people that smoke weed like chimneys.

John Schnatter is an ******* owner. Manning just dropped a notch in my esteem book. Working in a pizza joint is hardly anybody’s idea of a “career,” but Schnatter goes out of his way to make sure his workers are paid as little as possible with no benefits of any kind. He’s fighting tooth and nail to keep from offering his employees any kind of health plan, even though I’ve seen estimates that it would add all of twenty cents to the cost of one of his pies. Apparently twenty cents out of his profit margin is just too much to ask, while he spends millions being the “official pizza” of football.
