Who is this man who smashed a million dollar bus in the Giants’ World Series riot?

Oct 30, 2012, 4:06 PM EDT

It seems like the only time US cities ever become a raging mess of fanatical lunatics bent on tearing the streets apart it’s because their sports team just won a championship title. We couldn’t care less if Obama signs an extension to the Patriot Act that continues to violate our constitutional right to privacy but if our team wins a World Series we rush outside and try to destroy a city. Weird, right?

Anyway, San Francisco police are asking for help in identifying the man pictured after he took a fence and mercilessly destroyed a million dollar public transportation bus in celebration of the Giants’ world series sweep.

Here’s a bunch of post World Series destruction pictures cobbled together for your personal perusal.

Reading/watching this post was totally, absolutely shocking for two reasons – first, it is mildly surprising that World Series is already over. I hadn’t been aware that baseball playoffs had even begun. But then, I don’t own a TV and only watch football and hockey, so I guess it’s not that big of a deal.

But what’s totally, overwhelmingly surprising is that there are still that many people in the USA that care about baseball. Wow. I imagine that crowd in the video to be the entire viewing audience of the MLB nationwide. I mean, yea, they’re all drunk and belligerent (remember, they were watching BASEBALL – it’s a requirement to stay awake to be intoxicated), but this is like Washington D.C. having a riot because the St. John’s College High School lacrosse team won the national championship…. how embarrassing.

I see I’m not the only one occasionally trolling baseball fans because of the NHL lockout…good on ya. Cheers.

The only way St,Johns is winning anything is if KP decides he can’t get players to the University of Maryland directly and has to be forced into giving needs based schollys to kids so he can start the pipeline through St. Johns.

St.Johns already looks like a UA outlet store.
