Not going to get into politics here, at least until FactCheck.org gets back to me on the details of this speech. So let’s just say that Paul Ryan gave a pregame pep talk to the Miami (Ohio) football team before their game with Ohio State on Saturday. Ryan graduated from Miami in 1992.

The speech was kind of awkward, and he got some facts wrong, but hey, he wasn’t under oath. It’s not like he lied about his marathon times or anything.

Who’s with me? Let’s Goooooooo! (Ohio State wins, 56-10).

Well at least he didn’t promise the team all new uniforms and a spot on an NFL team in the future only to find out, he has no plan of making any of that actually happen. Also, I doubt Ryan bribed Ohio State to make sure one of his (insanely irresponsible) promises passed.

Clearly this is all President Obama’s fault.

Question is, was this loss a legitimate one? If so, Miami should have had natural defenses in order to prevent it.
