Recording artist Madonna demonstrates her salsa dance moves as she takes part in a news conference for her upcoming Super Bowl XLVI NFL football game halftime show in Indianapolis Reuters

When last we left Madonna, she was explaining at a Super Bowl press conference that there would be no wardrobe malfunctions during her halftime show on Sunday. Then she danced liked Victor Cruz. She also said this to NFL Network’s Rich Eisen:

Eisen, during the interview, informed Michigan native Madonna that he attended U-M.

“Which is amazing,” Madonna said, before suggesting they high-five their mutual U-M admiration.

Madonna, who also discussed her cheerleader days at Rochester Adams and being “in love” with the quarterback, said she wants her 15-year-old daughter, Lourdes, to attend Michigan.

“I want my daughter to go to school there,” Madonna said. “I’m working it. I keep telling her Ann Arbor is an awesome place.”

Madonna attended Michigan in 1977, but dropped out. Could her daughter one day be a cheerleader?

We don’t want you back Madonna. We don’t want you talking up Michigan at all. Where were you the past decade when things were falling apart-before it hit the rest of the country? Oh yeah, you left Michigan a long time ago, decided to develop a fake British accent, and phenominally make yourself destable to most of existence on the planet. Michigan doesn’t need you talking about your birthplace.

Here’s hoping everyone catches you pretending to sign while you “perform” on stage (if you can call it that). I won’t be watching.

Why are you so bitter? And it’s “phenomenally”. Any publicity is good publicity. Some people come back to their roots very late, to rediscover themselves – her time just hasn’t come yet.
