Tebow may still play at Pebble Beach, but won’t pair with Tiger Woods

No official word yet from Tim Tebow on whether he’ll be playing in the Pebble Beach National Pro-Am golf tournament Feb. 3-6 in Monterey, CA … earlier this week tourney organizers said they would invite him as soon as the Broncos were done with the playoffs. Speculation then was that Tebow’s partner would be Tiger Woods. But the word now is that Woods will play with Tony Romo — they have requested each other as playing partners.
Meanwhile, organizers of the PGA Humana Challenge in La Quinta, CA, have invited Tebow to play in that event, which begins Thursday. Tebow is expected to reply today. He opened the door for a possible Humana appearance by turning down CBS Sports today: the network wated him to join their broadcast team for the Ravens-Patriots AFC Championship Game telecast on Sunday.
Bill Clinton will be there, where his playing partner will be Greg Norman. Come on Tebow, hurry up and RSVP, or all the good partners will be taken.

Oh my God, could you imagine a threesome with Tiger, Clinton, and Tebow?! Poor Tebow would never be the same again after that round!
I mean, that’s like pairing Mother Teresa with Tracy Lords and Snookie.
