Dennis Rodman may be starting a topless women’s basketball team

AP The Lingerie Football League was so 2011. Here in 2012, we have topless basketball. Or we will, if Dennis Rodman makes good on his vow to start such a team. He’s holding tryouts soon, he says. True Rodman quote: “I don’t know too many men that don’t like a good-looking woman running up and down around the court.”
Rodman, noticing that New York strip club Rick’s Cabaret had started a women’s basketball league (since disbanded), decided that his NY hangout, the Headquarters Gentlemen’s Club, should have a topless team. In a weird Rodman way, that makes perfect sense.
Rodman even is challenging Rick’s Cabaret’s topless team to a charity game.
Rodman, who said he has been a Headquarters customer for more than 30 years, is currently scouting for talent. He will be holding auditions soon at the jiggle joint for girls over 5’10″ to join the team.
“You don’t have to have too much experience, just know how to throw the ball into the hole,” was his advice to hopefuls.
Rick’s Basketball Association was formed by Rick’s Cabaret as a publicity gimmick during the NBA strike, and was disbanded once the strike was over. But that doesn’t stop me from desperately wanting to own a few of their t-shirts, if they ever made any.
“We stepped aside when the NBA returned,” said a Rick’s spokesman, who added, “We love Dennis . . . His regular table at Rick’s Cabaret is available. We wish Dennis well in coaching another team, but if the RBA was still in existence, we would have made Dennis our commissioner.”

What is it with the majority of Americans and their demonizing of womens’ breasts? Personally I believe that if women have to cover their chests while playing sports so should men… besides ever see the over 40′s mens team when they are the “skins” eeesh.
As far as Rodman goes… He’s Rodman what the hell do you expect? Your discussing the same guy who married himself… in a wedding dress. This is the same man who dyed his hair so many times that he was getting confused with a package of skittles. But I love him because he isn’t afraid to put something out there no matter how outlandish it may seem.
