For those of you tuning into the New York Jets/Buffalo Bills game, you got to see Bills receiver Stevie Johnson possible pull off one of the more interesting touchdown celebrations of all-time.

It happened in the second quarter when Johnson caught a pass from Bills quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick and then decided to pay a little homage to Jets receiver Plaxico Burress by pretending to shoot himself in the leg during his touchdown celebration:

For those that have forgotten, it’s a reference to Burress self-inflicted nightclub shooting back in 2008 as a member of the New York Giants.

The resulting 15 yard excessive celebration penalty set up a situation where the Bills kicker, trying to kick the ball further than usual, flubbed the kick. With the Jets getting the ball on the Bills 35 they were able to easily tie the score. That, along with his dropped passes late in the game, made Johnson the reason the Bills lost the game.
