[From Huffington Post] As if watching the 7-footer mimic Ron Washington’s signature arm waving and running in place wasn’t enough comedy, Dirk Nowitzki claims that “the Wash” is “the biggest thing to hit Germany since Sprockets,” in reference to the sketch performed by Mike Myers on Saturday Night Live during the 90s.

Showing both his age and perhaps an estranged relation to popular culture, Joe Buck’s partner in the booth, Tim McCarver, then asked, “Am I missing something, but what are sprockets?”
