[From SportsGrid] Coastal Carolina head coach David Bennett gave a crazy press conference last week, in which he discussed dogs, cats, and his football team’s need to be tougher. When asked on SportsCenter today what his first thought was when he discovered the video had gone viral, Bennett responded, “Ya’ll hard up for news, must’ve been a slow day.”
And with that, David Bennett displayed an understanding of the internet that very few people possess. Video here.

But, really, what the filmmakers did is they just used baseball as a really beautiful, aesthetic backdrop to a story about underdogs and being undervalued.” [Sports Radio Interviews]
