Despite the best efforts of his mom and brother, this baby was having no part of a foul ball hit by the Padres’ Jesus Guzman in the top of the eighth at AT&T on Tuesday night. As soon as the tyke got his mitts on the ball, he rifled it back onto the field (registering “a 96 on the gun,” according to Duane Kuiper). The older brother, who probably caught it to begin with, is completely disgusted by the display as you see below. And we’re charging mom with an error for letting the cynical Giants baby hold the ball in the first place.
The baby was probably mad that his parents didn’t time his birth a little better.
