Wakeup Call: Stephen Colbert is new MLB.com Twitter overlord … for 24 hours (video)

Stephen Colbert’s promotional prowess knows no bounds, and cannot be defeated by conventional weapons. This time he’s legally hacked the MLB.com Twitter feed, as you know by now if you follow it, by winning a bet with Major League Baseball. And as of 5 a.m. ET this morning, he was churning along in fine form:

Colbert correctly predicted MLB players who would get at least one hit in two straight games, beating an MLB representative who only predicted one. So the Colbert Report host got control of the MLB.com Twitter feed for 24 hours, beginning at midnight. Should be an interesting day.
