This week in bad ideas: Streaking a Little League game

Meet Oliver Sullivan, a Hingham, Massachusetts, resident who thought it would be fun to strip naked and run onto the field at a baseball game. Unfortunate twist: It was a game for nine-year-olds. Yes, as the umpire furiously flipped through the Little League rulebook to try and figure out what to do, this nitwit pranced nakedly in front of players and parents, all to win a $20 bet from his buddies who dared him to do it, according to MyFox Boston.

On Monday, August 1, 2011 local police received multiple calls reporting a naked man, with a shirt covering his face, running through Lynch Field in Hingham.

The best part?

The witnesses also said the man dropped his cell phone as he ran.

Sullivan escaped, but was traced by a photo found on the cell phone and arrested. He was charged with one count of Open and Gross Lewdness.

Could have been worse. Could have been wearing a bat doughnut.

All he got for this was $20s. With friends like that who needs enemies? He probably has to register as a sex offender now. I doubt his pals will be with him when he’s going door to door introducing himself to the neighbors.
