Wake Up Call: The Eagles mean business this year (ouch)

To quote Rodney Dangerfield in Back to School: “He’s a good teacher, he really seems to care. About what I have NO idea.” Actually Eagles defensive coordinator Juan Castillo has a clear idea how a drill should have been run, and so headbutted linebacker Keenan Clayton to make his point.

From Philly.com:

Second-year player Keenan Clayton was up. As he took on the blocker, it appeared he didn’t keep his heads and eyes up.

Castillo did not like that. He chewed him out for a few seconds, got in his face and finally head-butted him just to emphasize his point.

Castillo ended up with a small cut on his forehead. That’s the kind of intensity that’s going to be difficult to maintain for an entire season … just ask head coach Buddy Ryan. Um, never mind.
