Bring on the lasers! Malaysian soccer fans use lasers to distract Singapore goalkeeper (Video)

It’s not often that I get to post a story about lasers and the game of soccer but I guess today is my lucky day. Recently, during a World Cup qualifying match between Singapore and Malaysia, some fans decided to create some havoc with lasers.

During a Malaysian free kick in the first half of play, some Malaysian fans in the Bukit Jalil Stadium decided to use their laser pointers to shine a laser beam into the face of Singapore goalkeeper Izwan Mahbud and caused a delay in play to attempt to find the culprits involved:

Clearly, Dr. Evil was behind this somehow.
