Jamie Dingman predicted hookup with Elin Nordegren in 2009: ‘That’s OK, I’ll date (Tiger’s) wife’

From TMZ via the London Daily Mail comes my favorite paragraph of the day. Apparently Rachel Uchitel told Jamie Dingman back in 2009 that she was having an affair with Tiger Woods. Dingman, of course, is Elin Nordegren’s new boyfriend. But in 2009 he was sharing a house with Uchitel, just a couple weeks before the Woods sex scandal broke. Then:

TMZ claims Rachel left Jamie when things started to heat up with Tiger, but the wealthy investor wasn’t exactly broken up over the split and told Rachel: ‘That’s OK. I’ll date his wife, Elin.’

In a further twist, at the time Chris Barish allegedly was dating Jen Madden — the woman who sold the original story about Tiger’s affairs to the National Enquirer.

Barish was the owner of the house where Dingman and Uchitel stayed.

How to sum this up? Chelsea Handler probably did it best: “How is Elin Nordegren supposed to find a guy that hasn’t slept with Rachel Uchitel?” — Chelsea Lately 07/19/11.

Now another outlet, the Chicago Sun-Times, claims to have a source that says that Elin was totally blindsided and shocked by this news.

It’s all because word got out that the wealthy financier earlier had a fling with Rachel Uchitel — perhaps overlapping with her romp with Tiger Woods when he was Nordegren’s husband.

Even though Dingman’s dalliance with Uchitel predated his relationship with Nordegren, she is devastated she was blindsided by all this — especially since Dingman didn’t tell her about the creepy connection until after the news broke.

“I think she’s worried she’s stumbled on another ‘Tiger,’ ” said a close Nordegren friend Monday.
