You would think that a couple days before the biggest game in her coaching career, USA women’s soccer coach Pia Sundhage wouldn’t be as relaxed as she was during a recent press conference.
A reporter asked her about singing to her players and what she usually sang to them. She responded by belting out a couple of lines to the classic Simon and Garfunkel song:
If the USA wins the cup, hopefully we will all be “Feelin Groovy”.
