DeSean Jackson calls radio caller a ‘gay-a** fa****t’ (video)

Jul 8, 2011, 3:37 PM EDT

deseanjackson

Oh, this will go over well. Just when the controversy over homophobic slurs in sports seemed to have quieted down for the summer, here comes the Eagles’ DeSean Jackson stirring things up. Jackson appeared on the Sirius XM All Out Show on June 30 and received a call from ‘Troy from Tennessee who said something about Jackson getting his “d*** knocked in the ground.” Jackson’s reply:

“What kind of question is that? Say ‘no homo’, gay-a**. Fa***t.”

(Censorship ours).

Audio recorded by Brian of DCFanatic.com. CAUTION: NSFW language throughout:

What makes this kind of tragic is that Jackson made headlines in February for coming to the aid of 13-year-old Nadin Khoury, a Delco, PA, kid who had been bullied in school. Among other names, his tormentors had referred to Nathan with homophobic slurs.

Well DeSean, you’ve stepped in it now. Want to call Kobe for some advice?

“Gays” can call a person “bigot”, “bastard”, “homophobe”, “pinhead” (see other comment on this thread), “idiot” (see same comment), … and the media ALLOWS IT!

And the media demeans others who return the favor!

Somehow, I sense that America has had enough of this … hypocrisy!

Excuse me why is it ok for a famous person of color to use derogatory words to insult a community today and get away with it but yet a good woman like Paula Deen get hung by the press and loses a ton of money for words she used before ever became known for her southern cooking. Just like Lil Wayne is allowed to get away with dropping the flag to the ground and stomping on it. But if these Gay A** F****S called him a N****R all holly hell would have broken lose they would have been calling Al Sharpton screaming racists. Why does Jackson still have his sponsors and what a role model a BULLY COMING TO THE AID OF A VICTIM OF A BULLY HOE IRONIC. Maybe he needs to lose his job just like Paula did what she is being punished for happened over 30 yrs ago Jackson’s racial slurs happened in today’s society or is it ok for the Black community to throw around racial slurs and disgrace the flag? Yeah HYPOCRITES ……..AND GET THIS STRAIGHT I AM NOT RACIST I BELIEVE IN ONE RACE THE HUMAN RACE AND IT COMES IN RAINBOW COLORS.

No surprise a Philadelphia Eagle does this. No class on that team, no class on the part of their fans and no class in that organization

  3. goforthanddie - Jul 8, 2011 at 9:57 PM

It’s not the caller’s fault this pinhead got his dick knocked in the ground.
And it’s real funny how defensive pro athletes are about the whole gay thing. When one considers 10% or more of Planet Earth is gay, you know every football player has showered up with several gays since high school-many of whom could VERY easily knock this idiot’s dick in the ground. Maybe he’s just jealous none of them ever hit on him.

We warned of the inherent proclivity to vindictiveness against all heterosexual opposition in the online article “Is Cuomo Ignoring the Evidence Against Gay Marriage?” ( http://www.scribd.com/doc/54881192/Is-Cuomo-Ignoring-the-Evidence-Against-Gay-Marriage-Updated ). It illustrates 27 INITIAL reasons … 17 explicitly stated … why America and New Yorkers will still reject “gay marriage” in 2011 and onwards!

The Atrocity in Albany was simply this: Alesi, Saland and Grisanti … hadd these facts in their possession when they voted!

Jackson’s should NOT give up his right to call it as he sees it! … especially when he has the evidence in his possession!

On issues of majoritarian sexual morality, the principle surely is: “I MAY NOT AGREE WITH WHAT YOU SAY, BUT I WILL DEFEND TO THE DEATH YOUR RIGHT TO SAY IT!

Wait! … Does that ONLY apply to moral issues?

Or is it an established part of the American ethos?

  5. 1historian - Jul 9, 2011 at 7:50 AM

goforthanndie – you state that 10% of planet earth is gay – where did you get those figures?

    • goforthanddie - Jul 9, 2011 at 2:28 PM

I cannot substantiate that exact number; actually, nobody can. It’s a number I’ve seen in various surveys on the subject, repeated over the years.
It’s impossible to put an accurate number on such a thing because so many who are won’t admit it, even under confidentiality.
The number may be low. The number may be high. The point is still valid. Pro athletes won’t come out for fear of losing their careers; homophobia and locker rooms are a bad mix. Case in point: see the above article. Jackson never met the caller, doesn’t even know if that’s his real name, but immediately labels him. I feel confident saying the average pro athlete is more evolved than Jackson , but it only takes one idiot to screw things up for everybody.

      • rogerwilliams - Jul 10, 2011 at 3:26 AM

This insane intellectual gibberish spawned by Rick Chandler is reaching epidemic proportions … and words from “GoForth” like “… I cannot substantiate that exact number; actually, nobody can. It’s a number I’ve seen in various surveys on the subject, repeated over the years…. the numbers may be low, the numbers may be high … ” lend fodder to the lunatic beast!

Let’s give “Go forth” … and Rick … some facts …

The Centers for Disease Control in SEPTEMBER 2010 in their FastFacts for HIV/AIDS ( http://www.cdc.gov/nchhstp/newsroom/docs/FastFacts-MSM-FINAL508COMP.pdf ) makes the following clarification of the statistical truth:

“… While CDC estimates that MSM account for just 4 percent of the U.S. male population aged 13 and older, the rate of new HIV diagnoses among MSM in the U.S. is more than 44 times that of other men (range: 522–989 per 100,000 MSM vs. 12 per 100,000 other men)….”

        Four percent!

But Rick could have told “GoForth” that! Why didn’t he blog about that?

A fawning hypocrisy … obviously does not KNOW any facts … but KNOWS that to make against Jackson, it can take the intellectually dishonest position of mouthing inanities like “… Pro athletes won’t come out for fear of losing their careers; homophobia and locker rooms are a bad mix … “.

A ‘phobia” is defined as an “irrational fear”! What’s irrational about remembering the CDC statistic in the locker-room?

But Rick … we hope … will have a sane answer for this one too!

  6. panther21384 - Jul 9, 2011 at 5:48 PM

Desean Jackson is an idiot, a talented idiot but an idiot still. He about as ignorant as the Giants player who said he would trade his super bowl ring in exchange for gay people not to get married. Just another case of an egotistical rich athlete opening his mouth when he should just keep it closed. What gay fans they had are gone and im sure there ignorant a$$es would say they prefer it that way.

    • rogerwilliams - Jul 10, 2011 at 3:41 AM

Somewhere along the way, America missed its step, and 4% of the population … or its uninformed supporters … suddenly THINKS IT CAN CONTROL how 96% of America thinks, acts, and … responds to ANY personal attack on majoritarian morality … and the right of a single person to call it like he/she sees it!

Panther21348 above calls Jackson “idiot”, “talented idiot”, “ignorant”, “egotistical” in one paragraph … and may be making the mistake of believing that Jackson should care … or will not respond with some choice phrases of his own!

But Rick Chandler …. will show that he is not part of the “fawning hypocrisy” … and declare with grace that he himself overreacted to Jackson’s comments!

      But is this feasible?

      • koufaxmitzvah - Jul 15, 2011 at 1:54 PM

Can’t really see how your 4% is an accurate assessment. You quoted a study by CDC regarding HIV in the MSM? WTF?

I’ve heard that 1 in 3 are gay. But I don’t care what the numbers are.

Your version of democracy in action, by the way, is a flipping joke. This isn’t a popularity contest, Bro. It’s about dealing with other people, which you apparently have a hard time figuring out.

    • rogerwilliams - Jul 15, 2011 at 6:23 PM

      @Koufamitzvah …

      Let’s re-focus on the facts:

      1. The Centers for Disease Control is VERY CONCERNED about “homosexuals” and homosexuality, even though it seems bound to be politically correct and say “MSM” … and offers the entire NFL food for thought about the media’s overt, covert, deliberate and utterly foolish attempt … to characterize disease-ridden behavior as a “rallying point for locker-room camaraderie”

      2. The CDC offers its facts in its “FastFacts” for HIV/AIDS ( http://www.cdc.gov/nchhstp/newsroom/docs/FastFacts-MSM-FINAL508COMP.pdf ).

These four statements indicate that the CDC is NOT confused about “homosexuality and HIV infection rates”!

      1. MSM account for nearly half of the more than one million people living with HIV in the U.S. (48%, or an estimated 532,000 total persons).
      2. MSM account for more than half of all new HIV infections in the U.S. each year (53%, or an estimated 28,700 infections).
      3. While . CDC estimates that MSM account for just 4 percent of the U.S. male population aged 13 and older, the rate of new HIV diagnoses among MSM in the U.S. is more than 44 times that of other men (range: 522–989 per 100,000 MSM vs. 12 per 100,000 other men).
      4. MSM are the only risk group in the U.S. in which new HIV infections are increasing. While new infections have declined among both heterosexuals and injection drug users, the annual number of new HIV infections among MSM has been steadily increasing since the early 1990s…”

Point 3 tells us that 4% off the population …. engaging in homosexual activity … is driving an infection-rate that is 44 TIMES greater than that for heterosexual men!

Need more incentive for locker-room camaraderie? Then read Kathleen Melonakos’ “Why Isn’t Homosexuality Considered a Disorder on the Basis of Its Medical Consequences?” (http://www.lifesitenews.com/news/archive/ldn/1961/13/61130 )

First of all, I don’t think it is that difficult to train yourself to not use swear words or words generally considered to be aggressively derogatory. What was it they told us as children? To use profanity is to prove you are uneducated? Maybe being educated isn’t important to members of the NFL or their fans. It is to me regardless of your station in life. Isn’t that the underlying message of people who bully or use derogatory language? They are intolerant of people and subjects they do not know. They are uneducated about these subjects and people.

What I found interesting in some of the other comments was this belief that if an athlete says he’s gay he will lose his career. Juxtaposed to Mike Vick being an animal abuser and not losing his career, I can do nothing more than shake my head at the odd disparity in standards of behavior. Who a person chooses to love and interact has become somehow more detrimental to them than if they engage in violent, cruel, and hate based behavior. Very odd indeed people….

Oh, aren’t Mike Vick and Desean Jackson on the same NFL team? Hmmm

    • rogerwilliams - Jul 10, 2011 at 10:28 AM

By Acb34’s condescending and hypocritical definition (gay-advocacy will ALWAYS play the victim), every one, repeat every one of the hate messages against Jackson in this thread comes from people who DON’T UNDERSTAND that “… it is (not) that difficult to train yourself to not use swear words or words generally considered to be aggressively derogatory….”

Check it out … every last one!

A fawning hypocrisy … steeped in intellectual gibberish … would lecture the rest of America on its need to get its approval to engage in the science of insulting … and responding to insults!

None of these intellectual miscreants has had the decency thus far to say that …”Troy” … was wrong in the first place!

And now the fallback position is to a casual racism … with Michael Vick as the fall guy!

We’ve seen this before! And its source is usually … a fawning hypocrisy!

      • goforthanddie - Jul 10, 2011 at 1:28 PM

You seem to confuse “HIV infection rates” and “homosexuality” (SPOILER ALERT: Straight people gets it too, and not all homosexuals get it). You also seem to be VERY concerned about homosexuals. Closet much?

      • rogerwilliams - Jul 11, 2011 at 2:24 AM

        Confusion my …foot!

A … fawning hypocrisy … continues to ignore the fact that a PERSONAL RESPONSE to a personal insult has been ITSELF translated by Rick Chandler and a miscreant horde of intellectual troglodytes into a defense of “gay injured-pride”!

But let’s focus on the facts:

        1. The Centers for Disease Control is VERY CONCERNED about “homosexuals” and homosexuality, even though it seems bound to be politically correct and say “MSM” … and offers the entire NFL food for thought about the media’s overt, covert, deliberate and utterly foolish attempt to characterize disease-ridden behavior as a “rallying point for locker-room camaraderie”

And a … fawning hypocrisy … continues to ignore the evidence, instead choosing soft targets and … a casual racism!

In Jackson’s defense, he did call “No Homo” before he said it. I’m no lawyer, but I’m reasonably sure that will hold up in any court of law.

So who cares about some stupid black bastard’s remarks? What’s his father think?

Then again, anyone know who his father is? If so, please tell his mother.
