Oops, ball boy runs onto court during play at French Open

The best part of this video from the French Open quarterfinals is not actually the ball boy blundering onto the court during play, although that’s pretty funny. It’s the look of abject shock by Serbian Viktor Troicki that such a thing could happen. He kneeled on the court, stunned, like it was against the laws of physics — as if the kid were flying, or breathing underwater. It happened in the middle of the final set, and Troicki lost the opportunity to go up 0-15 on Andy Murray when the ball was ruled a let. But he won the game.
Despite an ankle injury, Murray came back to win 4-6, 4-6, 6-3, 6-2, 7-5.
“I won that game, but still, I never saw — haven’t seen it on TV or ever,” Troicki said. “I mean, since I watched tennis and I played tennis, I have never seen such a situation. Kid just jumped in and messed up my point.”
