(From Racin’ Today): Kyle Busch was cited for careless and reckless driving and speeding Tuesday by an Iredell County Sheriff’s deputy who said he was traveling at nearly three times the posted speed limit between Troutman and Mooresville.

Sgt. Chris Stone, a member of the Iredell County Sheriff Department’s Aggressive Criminal Enforcement team, stopped a yellow Lexus sports car after clocking it at 128 mph in a 45 mph zone on Perth Road, which is in the Lake Norman area.

Lt. Troy Miller, who supervises the ACE team, said the NASCAR driver was cited after Stone stopped the Lexus. [Racin' Today]

It’s official now: First Class Douche

First class douche, agreed….but, yellow Lexus? I will go ahead and cast dispersions against Busch’s heterosexuality. C’mon dude, if your car’s yellow–it better be a taxi or a schoolbus.

I hope his license is suspended. Did they test for drugs/alcohol? This kind of thing happens around Charlotte more than most folks realize. Anyone remember the Moroso kid?

If a kid had stepped into the road. They would have died. That happened on our street. A cop was speeding to a routine stop & killed a kid & the cop was only going 100 in the 45. That happens with idiots who think they can outdrive anyone.
