Apr 22, 2011, 4:39 PM EDT
The week’s finest in fake sports news, lovingly assembled from around the interwebs for your enjoyment. These stories aren’t real, but should be!
This photo, pixelized for readers’ protection, is a shot of Philliebot’s robot genitals, rumored to have been sent by the pitching robot to ESPN’s Jenn Sterger sometime over the weekend. UPDATE: Philliebot signed by Mets in deal reportedly worth $8.1 million over four years.
