Man, 48, arrested for purposely knocking over little girls at roller skate party; says kids were just jealous of him

Free Dennis Delisle! Is he a fallen angel, or a victim of cruel bullying by little girls? Delisle, 48, of Palm Bay, FL, was arrested at a family rollerskating rink for purposely knocking over other skaters — mostly little girls — during a birthday party on Saturday. But the way Delisle tells it, the girls made up the story to hide the fact that they were the ones who ganged up on him. The reason? They were jealous of his roller skating skills, says Delisle. Of course!

Delisle was reportedly arrested on charges of child abuse and battery Saturday night at the Palm Bay Skate Jam. Delisle said the children were the real bullies claiming that they ganged up on him. He denied touching anyone inappropriately at the free family skating event. He remained in the Brevard County Jail Monday morning.

Probably just protective custody so that the girls don’t take their revenge.
