Here’s something Rex Ryan could actually win: belly-flop contest brought to you from Transylvania University

Since actually being named “Transylvania University” apparently isn’t publicity enough, the Delta Delta Delta sorority chapter on hand at the presumably lovely so-named institution in Kentucky (because, where else would vampires wants to live?) decided to hold, and thankfully videotape, their annual belly flop competition.

Now, a few things. Yes, the college is actually called Transylvania University, and since “Transylvania” i just Latin for “across the woods,” no, this isn’t just another example of society’s recent and annoying infatuation with pale blood-suckers and romantically-confused young women who love them. Second – belly flops!!! Wooo!!!!\

The video runs a curious three and a half minutes in length, which is about 75% too long considering half of the jumps are lame and a quarter are done by dudes. But there are a few gems in there, and there’s nothing quite as full of Schadenfreude and humor as watching a stranger willfully impose pain upon themselves for the approval of their classmates and the Internet.

Does anyone else miss college as much as I do?
