Dogpile on the Miami Heat! First LeBron James’ entourage was denied access to Cleveland’s arena parking facility when LeBron & Co. arrived for the morning shootaround on Tuesday. Then, in apparent retribution, LeBron was a no-show for team introductions that night. And then there was this: During the game, Cavs announcer Austin Carr called Chris Bosh “a RuPaul lookalike.” Enjoy:
LeBron’s AWOL status for the intros (he said he was in the restroom) was the hot topic this morning on ESPN’s First Take, where Skip Bayless charged Bronny with being “a petulant child.” His no-show for introductions may have been, said Bayless, in reaction to Cavs owner Dan Gilbert, who earlier had tweeted about the parking garage incident: “Not in our garage!” Which I think is somewhat humorous.
LeBron was magnanimous following the Heat loss, however, unless you consider the sentence “The Cavs have a lot of lottery picks” a subtle dig.
