Dick Vitale can be more than just an annoying basketball announcer. He can also be a wrong, annoying basketball announcer. VCU, who Vitale claimed had no business being in the NCAA tournament, had the last laugh, making an improbable run to the Final Four and mocking Dickie V with a huge banner at their pep rally. Now, other institutions have decided to call out Vitale on his annoying, over the top and often incorrect analysis. [Tauntr]

    Vitale is over the top and very difficult to listen to. But he makes it up 200 times through all the work he does for charities and good causes. He’s a good man. Loud, but a good man.

    Ladies doing commentary during the game – love anything that will allow me to carve out more TV time to watch sports and not piss my girlfriend off. Some of my buddies need to try this on the weekend too. Go Butler!
