Here we have the unfortunate Rafa Casanova, whose only crime was scoring a goal for his Spanish fourth division Racing Club de Ferrol squad (video following the jump). In the ensuing group hug celebration, Rafa’s teammate accidentally smacks him in the eye, sending Rafa to the turf. From which he was later hauled off on a stretcher. Oh soccer, how can we not love you?
Sad, really. Poor dope.
