Baltimore 15-year-old Aquille Carr has hoops world buzzing (Video)

Take the very best of Allen Iverson’s most amazing plays, put them in fast forward and then imagine them being done by a 15-year-old from Baltimore. That’s about how Aquille Carr plays basketball. Imagine yourself watching a video of a Peregrine Falcon swooping in at speeds only touched by a Toyota with faulty gas pedal to murder a sluggish water buffalo, over and over again. That’s what it looks like when Carr jets in and out of lanes with a blur of crossovers, Michael Vick-like spin moves, insane layup ability and the blessing of basketball creativity that can only be compared to that of Michael Jordan and the Harlem Globetrotters. The kid just makes people look silly at all times. I shall dub him the Clownmaker.
This is exactly how I imagine myself playing when I’m against a pack of five5-year-olds who don’t understand the concept of basketball, assuming these hypothetical five-year-olds have the bodies of 6-foot-4 high school seniors. Still working on that technology. Maybe I’ll bring in some gigantic exchange students and then blindfold them. That’s how I’d simulate playing basketball like Aquille Carr.

Too bad he’s 5″6. You can make players look silly on the perimeter because you have so much open space.
But the rim is in only one spot. And in college basketball, there are 7 footers waiting at the rim.
