We’ve seen our share of basketball, football and hockey prodigies on these pages, but this may be our first mini wrestler destined for greatness. Enjoy the video below which shows Stevo Poulin, 8, (blue head gear) absolutely destroying a variety of opponents — some almost twice his size — in a blitzkrieg of speed, strength and know-how. What impresses me most about him is his ability to instantly size up his opponent to know where to go to beat him on the first move. I’m guessing no one takes cuts in front of Stevo in the milk line at school.
Stevo is from Schuylerville, N.Y, and has a 256-26 record. Here’s a radio interview he did recently. Quote: “I get mad when I lose, but I’m a really good sport though.”
