Bears overalls kid planning more overalls revelry

Revealed at last: The true identity of the young Chicago Bears fan who has become an internet meme with his brightly-striped overalls and Bear hat. He’s Logan Platz, a ninth-grader from Lennox, Ill. Logan just sent me an email, which I share below:

I just got the overalls that morning, actually one for me and one for the guy whose tickets I have used for the past couple of games. I was also on TV in the Eagles game, but I just had no t-shirt on the whole game.

I was surprised by how many people asked for a picture. The guy who gave me the tickets says I have to get on TV every time. It’s worked so far! I will be at the NFC championship, but I will be sitting 1st row, south end zone. I am hoping to get some Super Bowl tickets, so hopefully I’ll see you in Dallas.
