Wake Up Call: Brian Wilson’s VYou account is as intensely weird as you’d expect

VYou is a service in which users answer questions via short video clips, which debuted on Nov. 1. And while it’s been used mostly for nonsense so far — just like the early stages of Twitter — it’s just been waiting for some celebrities to jump on board and start using to give it some legitimacy. (Or, you know, paying them). And VYou creators couldn’t have asked for a better celebrity user than Giants closer Brian Wilson. Here’s his VYou bio, for instance:

Yep, this is gonna be a ride. One question, for instance, was: What’s your favorite place in San Francisco not named AT&T Park? The answer, of course, was Alcatraz; where Wilson says he’s planning on renting an apartment and swimming in to home games.
