Meet Kim Nored, 29, who may be the Jacksonville Jaguars’ biggest fan. Who else has 18 player signatures tattooed on their upper arms?
But only above her elbows. She wants her arms to be office-appropriate. The signatures are mostly from players, but she also has coach Jack Del Rio, Jaxson de Ville and Jaguars great Tony Boselli.
“That is a die-hard fan if there ever was one, to get tattoos of autographs, of random players for that matter,” Jaguars kicker Josh Scobee said.
The kicker? The mascot? Delicious. But here’s where it gets problematic. Also tattooed there are safety Reggie Nelson (traded in September) and tight end Ernest Wilford (cut in training camp). Have Nored’s arms become a mural of failure? Eventually these players will all be traded or retire. Then what?
These are questions for scholars, not me. I am amused by the fact that Nored’s tattoo artist goes by the name of Critter. And that is enough.
ABOUT LAST NIGHT
What you missed while peeing on your cell phone …
- Once again we remind USSF pro soccer players, do not chase after the refs when you lose.
- Ray Rice gets out of a traffic ticket by giving officer his autograph? Begin the outrage.
- Terrell Owens flattens security guard, doesn’t care.
