One of the great things about the Giants’ run in the playoffs has been that it’s coincided with Taunter.com’s great flash animation creation, Timmy & Bus (video following the jump). It’s the adventures of Tim Lincecum and his magical, Haight Ashbury-centric talking VW bus. In Episode No. 5, Tim reacts to the news that the Giants are playing the Rangers in the World Series; a fact he doesn’t discover until he gets off the plane from Philadelphia (I have no real problem believing this).
“Now I get to pitch against the Yankees and Cliff Lee.”
“Cliff Lee isn’t on the Yankees.”
“Oh right. I’m thinking of next year.”
