Can an idea be amazingly fantastic and stupidly lame at the same time? If so, the web series Hot Tub Sleeper Picks qualifies. The idea is that each week, bikini-clad girls lounge in a hot tub and dispense NFL fantasy football advice … just the way Vince Lombardi envisioned things would be. For variety, sometimes the girls are out of the hot tub in their pajamas, and when discussing injuries, of course one of them wears a nurse’s uniform. What’s amazing to me here is that while the girls are in the hot tub, at no point does Mark Sanchez suddenly surface with a Mai Tai.

Since fantasy football is the t&a of the NFL, I find this entirely appropriate.

Fantastic and lame . . . that funny! But really, it is pretty cool. I’m a chick and it doesn’t offend me at all, I like the whole idea of it. It’s helpful and fun . . . in a cheesy sorta way.

I’ve been watching this from the beginning and the advice has saved my fantasy a** on more than one occasion. The fact that it comes from gorgeous women in bikinis is just a bonus. I swear.
