Young U.S. Open brawler arrested for threatening his neighbor

Remember the young Jersey Shore wannabe who got into it with an old man and his daughter in the stands at the U.S. Open tennis tournament? We’ll show you that classic video again following the jump. But first, a big update. The young guy’s name is Joseph Pedevill, 27, and on Tuesday he was arrested at his East 26th Street New York apartment for allegedly threatening his neighbor. Anger issues? You bet.

“You f- -king a- -hole!” he yelled, according to a criminal complaint. “You are going to get it. You are going to see what is going to happen to you. I am going to kill you.”

No word on if the two then tumbled down the stairs.

A belligerent Joseph Pedevill, 27, was hauled away from his East 26th Street building in cuffs after allegedly threatening to kill neighbor Peter Scheider, 46, who called him “an insane nut” during an interview with The Post about the tennis-match fight.

Their long-running feud — which dates to May 2009, when Scheider took out a restraining order alleging Pedevill vandalized his car — escalated after the Sept. 2 fireworks at Arthur Ashe Stadium.

Days after Scheider ripped him in The Post, Pedevill accosted him outside their building and screamed, “You f- -king a- -hole!” according to a criminal complaint. “You are going to get it. You are going to see what is going to happen to you. I am going to kill you.”

The alleged threat violated the terms of the restraining order. Pedevill was arrested yesterday morning and released without bail.
