We’ve all seen Chris Hansen do his thing on MSNBC’s To Catch a Predator; in which men are lured to the homes of what they think are minors ready to engage in sex, but instead being greeted by Hansen bringing down the swift, bludgeoning microphone of justice. Winter Haven, Fla. police staged a similar sting recently, only without the probing interviews. Among the arrested were Tommy Dupre, 33, of St. Cloud, who allegedly drove to the home to have sex with a 14-year-old girl. Instead, he was greeted by Polk County undercover sheriff’s deputies, one of whom got a very big surprise. Dupre, you see, coached the deputy’s son in Little League.
“I don’t know who was the most surprised when the front door opened, him when he saw the sheriff’s detectives or the undercover sergeant who recognized him as his child’s youth baseball coach,” said Sheriff Grady Judd.

There were 14 arrests in all, among them:
Raymond Damon, who was described by WTSP-TV as a “Regional indoor football league owner from Plant City. He requested a 13-year-old in hot pink lingerie.”
Robert Chan of Dunedin. “Detectives say he requested gymnastics, and brought Skittles for the girl.”
