Wait, Haynesworth passed his conditioning test? But what about this bit from 'The Onion'?

Comedy, those who know how to operate the inner nuances of the craft – not me, of course – say it is all about timing, which is why I was profoundly disappointed that, on the 10th day, Washington Redskins defensive lineman Albert Haynesworth finally passed new head coach Mike Shanahan’s conditioning test earlier this morning. Of course, by now we are all well aware of what was required and expected of Haynesworth before he could fully participate in training camp, so we do not need to go over that again.
What is much more relevant here is how the fact that he actually accomplished the sprints in the requisite time allotment left me torn as to whether or not to go forward with referencing the wonderful little comedy bit The Onion came up with regarding everyone’s favorite millionaire fitness test failure, a “Strongside/Weakside” feature which was published yesterday. What should I do? Believe me, dear readers, I am quite perplexed about this impending decision. Granted, as a blogger, it should not be surprising that I am having such a hard time with making a simple choice, but still…
Aw, what the heck? It’s still funny.

Ha! What did I tell you? Pretty funny stuff, but I guess, considering it came from the warped minds behind The Onion, perhaps we shouldn’t be surprised. Those guys and gals, you see, understand timing…unlike me, at times. Sigh.
