Glenn Beck calls Brian Urlacher 'a neo-Nazi'

Jul 22, 2010, 12:15 PM EDT

This may be the first time I’ve ever typed the name Glenn Beck on this blog, and for good reason; he has nothing to do with sports. Also he’s a tool. But then Beck had to go and spoil my bliss by mentioning Chicago Bears linebacker Brian Urlacher in one of his little comedy bits. It was the kind of flippant, throw-away line for which Beck has become notorious … but because so many of his viewers are low-IQ mouth-breathers who take him seriously, well, it’s actually kind of irresponsible.
Video following the jump.

The Root.com recently ran a piece on Caucasians who claim “blackness,” and made a list of 33 of the “blackest white folks we know,” with Beck coming in at No. 2. Shortly thereafter, Beck examined the list on his Fox TV show, and displayed photos on a bulletin board. When he got to Urlacher’s photo, his comment was:

“I think this guy is a neo-Nazi …”

Obviously just Beck being Beck; he sees a muscular white guy with a shaved head and thinks, wouldn’t it be funny if I called him a neo-Nazi? Well, no. It’s lazy and pointless, just like most of his other ramblings. And what Beck always fails to acknowledge; there is a significant portion of his audience who believe everything he says.
Also I’m betting that Beck has no earthly idea who Urlacher really is. I could be wrong, but Mr. Beck does not strike me as a sports fan. I’m guessing he has an unblemished schoolboy legacy of being chosen last in kickball.

Wow, so many of you are so stupid.
Fact: Republicans spin their own sides of the story to fit their agenda.
Fact: Democrats spin their own sides of the story to fit their agenda.
Fact: This country is is falling apart, and Obama is incredibly out-matched.
Fact: The Democrats are completely out of touch with the common citizen, and have resorted to pulling the ‘race’ card whenever Obama is shed in an unfavorable light.
Fact: The Republican voters were stupid enough to choose McCain over more talented(Romney), more intelligent(Romney), and more proven(Romney)candidates with success in dealing with the problems at hand.
Fact: Whichever side you like will never do what’s best for the country…they will always do what is best for themselves.
Fact: Everyone shut the hell up, constant bickering is one of the many reasons why this system has failed.

As each and every Glenn Beck fan leaves these shores, I will wave a hanky and do a little victory dance. By the way, how goes your search for a spine donor?

Wait, right after you call a bunch of people idiots, you go on to complain about Glenn Beck calling a guy a neo-nazi immediately before calling James Carville a space alien??? Are you really that big of a
low-IQ mouth-breather who takes him seriously?

Beck did his apology on his show today to Urlacker. Though you can not dismiss how important Beck is to all us. He has had a large percentage of accuracy….much much greater than any of the other media. His warnings are important of where we are heading ….don’t believe him…do you own research and will not be able to deny the facts. For those who don’t like Glenn Beck.. it is because they never really watch his show on a regular basis, or are influenced by someone who does not like him. Those who watch him seem to be more educated or more knowledgeable in politics than not.

  5. are you serious? - Jul 23, 2010 at 6:37 PM

Most of those “facts” are opinions. Here IS a fact though-I agree both parties are useless at best, but lets not forget that Bush and a Republican congress destroyed the economy. NOT Obama, even if he has done little to help it and has continued Bushs huge “defense” spending and useless wars you no doubt support. And Mitt Romney? BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHaHA. What a massive tool that guy is. And those who watch Glenn Beck appear to be the dumbest and most gullible people society has to offer.

  6. Seriously, people... - Sep 8, 2010 at 10:51 PM

So, let’s sit here and bicker over the left, the right, Beck, Urlacher, Carville, Bush, Obama, etc., etc., etc., while our country is driven into the ground by BOTH parties. And “are you serious?” I agree about Romney. Ron Paul would’ve made a much better candidate. However, I disagree when you say Obama hasn’t destroyed the economy…granted, Bush started driving the car, but where is Obama’s “Change!” now? It appears they made a pit stop in ’08-’09, and Obama got into the driver’s seat. But when he could’ve made a U-Turn, he kept on going the direction where were already headed…they’re all puppets in the White House, everyone since Reagan. I’m just so sick of you people saying how bad Bush is and how good Obama is…however, in a little over a year and a half, Obama has added almost $2 TRILLION dollars! Bush added $5.7 trillion, in 8 years. So, times $1 trillion by 8…it’s $8 trillion. That seems higher than Bush’s…but of course, I’m one of them low IQ mouth-breathers…so I can’t be sure my math is correct.
