Did…did Serena Williams fart during her press conference yesterday?

Ah, the sweet smell of victory.

It appears that during her post-Wimbledon-winning press conference, Serena Williams finally felt that she could relax and let it all hang out. Listen carefully at approximately the 13-second mark of the video. I’m certainly no flatuologist, since there is no such thing (duh), but I’m pretty sure Serena Williams cut one there. She lifted a cheek and everything.

    seems obvious to me that her chair moved and made the noise. Why waste good space on this non-occurrence.

    Number 1, id smell anything on Serena.
    Number 2, clearly not a fart, anybody that thinks it was has never farted in their life.

    That was her chair, unbelieveable that the press could not detect that it was her chair scooting along the floor. Again unbelieveable. You in the press are so hungry for any controversial news that you are trying to hear if celebrities are farting as they are giving an interview. How classless. So what if she did fart. Some of you sitting and interviewing have farted before too. Listen to us we are talking about whether someone farted. Amazing. What have we debassed to. I can’t believe I’m responding to this article. I must be excused I have to go let a Biggggggggggg Oneeeeeeeee. Ahhhhhhhhh Ok I’m back.

    Wow, this is so unprofessional of the media to even go there. Do you guys not have anything better to write about. Anyone veiwing this can see clearly this was the chair maiking the noise. Shame on you.

    Clearly just a noise made by the chair. But I am working up a huge fart right now and if you can get a camera crew to my house in five minutes, I’ll give you one to rival Blazing Saddles.
