Golf too boring for you? Apparently they’re adding police chases now, which is good. A 55-year-old man led police on a high-speed car chase that took them onto the Heritage Oaks Golf Course in Sarasota, Fla., recently, where after scattering dozens of tournament participants, the suspect crashed his car into a row of hedges.
“I was out here on 18 green…that’s when I saw a Cherokee coming down the fairway with two cop cars behind in hot pursuit,” says pro golfer Joe Angelo.
“Went through the green, scattered the foursome that was there, and then went towards the clubhouse and back around, I believe twice before crashing through the main gate,” says witness Jaime Wood.
Issa Alyan was charged with Aggravated Assault on a Law Enforcement Officer, Aggravated Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer, and Aggravated Fleeing to Elude Capture. While in jail he hopes to complete his spec script for Caddyshack III.
It’s just like the first time I came here, isn’t it? We were talking about Wednesday, only you were thinking about murder.
ABOUT LAST NIGHT
What you missed while winning the Bulwer-Lytton Fiction Contest …
* Umpire who ended softball team’s season with obscure call is invited to team’s banquet as the
main courseguest of honor.
* Larry King to the MLB Network? “Sandusky, Ohio, you’re on the air!”
* More World Cup octopus soothsaying.

You failed to utilize a potential Caddyshack refrence. You actually said which is good, and could have easily said “which is nice”. Fail

Better: “So I’ve got that going for me. Which is nice.”
