Morning Tweet: Come on, Cinderella, it's time to get you ready for the draft!

So, the NHL Draft was last night. Sure, it doesn’t attract quite the fanfare of the NFL Draft or even the NBA Draft (*yawn*), but it still is a banner day for a league that made serious headway into the sports-viewing public over the past season. Sure, a lot of it had to do with an epic Winter Olympics in the sport, but the NHL is on its way to even greater relevancy in this country. Sure, that’s been 20 years running, but still…
Thankfully, the best in the business, Puck Daddy’s Greg Wyshynski was on hand to chronicle the event in Los Angeles, so be sure to head on over to his fine blog for all the best information,on the NHL Draft. Not only that, Wysh has been keeping us updated via Twitter with some amusing stuff as well, as alluded to in his above tweet (photo linked in tweet after the jump).

Awesome. Well done, Oilers fans. Just do me a favor, guys – when you’re driving your ’84 Sheepdog back to Edmonton, keep your eyes on the road and no fantasizing about Mary Samsonite. I mean Swanson. Sigh.
