Undaunted by science or facts of any kind, porn star Devon James is forging ahead with her claim that Tiger Woods is the father of her nine-year-old son. This, despite reports that there had been a paternity test done in 2002 which proved that Woods wasn’t the father. Hey, claims James; I’ve never been good at taking tests. From the St. Petersburg Times:
James, 30, whose real name is Melinda Jannette, has filed a suit in Manatee County on Thursday to find out what’s what, TMZ says. Apparently she doesn’t believe that the previous test proved another Florida man is the baby daddy, so she wants Tiger to take another paternity test.
Hard to figure the woman’s end-game here. Also this whole thing is outing the name of her son; with many reports even listing his home town. Of course nine is right at that age where kids are very respectful of each other’s feelings, so there should be no repercussions from this at all..
