Obviously, college basketball star never saw Seinfeld episode, 'The Handicap Spot'

Granted, the situations are a bit different, but if N.C. State basketball star Tracy Smith had the seen classic episode, he would have undoubtedly learned that messing with handicap spots can be a situation fraught with problems and abject messiness.
You see, the 6’8″ Smith was spotted by Wolfpack fan Chris Meekins pulling into and parking in a handicap spot at the college. Even worse, Smith had one of those handicap parking permits hanging from his rear view mirror. Of course, Smith is not actually handicapped. Duh.
Meekins didn’t know what to do, but his sister suggested he make his discovery public, which he did. Via The Charlotte Observer:
He wrote an e-mail message to NCSU Chancellor Randy Woodson, as well as to David Horning, senior associate athletic director for men’s sports. Meekins also sent the message to The News & Observer.
“This athlete in his prime, who tested the NBA waters, gets a handicap parkingpass? And where does a college junior find the money to purchase or rent a brand new car?” Meekins wrote. “This young man is being afforded an education without cost because of his athletic abilities. But this kind of abuse of the system is just not to be tolerated. It sends the wrong message to the young man and to the other students and to the alumni.”
Smith has not made a formal statement regarding the incident but N.C. State senior associate athletic director for men’s sports David Horning has stated that the car was being borrowed by Smith and the egregious violation of public decorum “is not going to happen again.”
You know, when you think about it, if only we as a society heeded the warnings and life lessons provided by Seinfeld, the world would be a much better place. For instance, people wouldn’t eat Junior Mints while watching surgeries, put the balm on or masturbate to their mother’s Glamour magazine. Heady times. Lofty times.

Maybe the guy has a parent or grandparent that needs the handicapped sticker. If it’s a legit sticker, that’s at least a little less egregious.

That would be fine if they were with him but your comment is idiotic even with your twenty-five cent word.
