The big news out of sunny Britain today is that World Cup soccer coach Fabio Capello is spying on his team in their hotel rooms to make sure they aren’t having sex. You know, with women, or whomever. He’s imposed a sex embargo on the team that extends through the duration of the competition in South Africa, and will monitor his squad in high-tech fashion; through the TVs in their rooms. No fun of any kind! The Daily Star broke the news.
The tough Italian has already told how he is determined to stamp out any hanky-panky at the World Cup and has banned all WAGs. The tellies have been installed at the team’s $350 million base camp in Rustenberg. But the news has not gone down well with the stars. A source close to the squad revealed: “It’s going to be like Big Brother.”
The players’ families, reportedly upset that they have been shut out while Capello is allowing his own wife and son to stay with him at the hotel, are threatening to revolt.
They have been told they will get no help in finding places to stay and sorting out transport in the crime-ridden country, leaving England’s aces fearing for their safety.
Our squad insider said: “Some players are understandably concerned about their families’ safety.”
The WAGs were preparing to jet out to glitzy Sun City, just 14 miles away from where the players will train.
Yes life is hell.
The move is, one assumes, an attempt to erase the memory of Britain’s last showing in the World Cup, when their “boozy antics” led to a premature exit, although IMO Beckham being injured and Wayne Rooney being ejected against Portugal had more to do with it.
The Italian hardman, who branded the WAGs a ”virus”, has told players they can only hook up with their loved ones once a week. Overnight stays are banned and players caught sneaking off to partners’ rooms will be punished.
Theo Walcott, currently in the Caribbean eating grapes off his girlfriend’s prone body, is rethinking his disappointment at not being named to the team.

I’m English, and am at present holidaying in Kentucky U.S.A.,since May 15th. I’ve spent a lot of time,in National parks, and “out of touch” with things back home,so I’ve now seen the latest news as regards England’s World Cup squad – Spot on Fabio !!!!…they don’t need the “wags” there !…The players are there to represent our country and “do a job”…it’s like one taking ones wife or girlfriend to work !!…one just does not do it…all kinds of domestic issues will arise; distractions, petty jealousies, squabbling, resentments…then there’s the sexual activity = how the hell’s a player going to perform on the pitch,in the World’s top football tournament if he’s “shagged out ” ?!!!…we’ve seen it before, and Fabio’s Italian;he’s seen it with their squads in previous tournaments,so he “knows the score”….and that’s why that is categorically the best news I’ve had from home !!!
Bloody Hell, this time we might actually fulfill our potential and win the bloody thing !!!…I’ve followed Fabio since he first started playing, right through his coaching stints, and that’s why I was ecstatic when it was announced that he would be our next national coach !No affiliations,no “friends” in English Premier League management to please…Fabio baby, now, with these parameters in place,I feel REALLY confident !…and sorry for the U.S.A.,who will be our first match (warm up,haha),from which we go on to take the trophy…sorry dudes, but that’s the reality,so just lay back and see how it’s done !!!

Quite the warmup match hey Roger? Looked like England needed a few more warmup matches prior to the U.S. match, but that’s just me..
