They let him on the field, but now Jon Lovitz is barred from the stands at Dodger Stadium. The team is suing him for $95,400, the cost of three Dugout Club seats for the 2008, ’09 and ’10 seasons for which he apparently hasn’t paid. You know those tickets he had, right next to Morgan Fairchild. Whom he’s seen naked.
“On or about April 20,2010, Plaintiff gave written notice to Defendants, and each of them, that the agreement was cancelled for nonpayment,” read the legal papers filed with the Los Angeles Superior Court on May 19.
From CBS News: The Dodgers are also suing filmmaker Steve Marlton, the Press-Telegram says, for more than $300,000 in unpaid tickets.
