Hanley Ramirez will stop and smell the tulips

And we have an early leader in the Best Hanley Ramirez Photoshop competition. It’s from With Leather, which adds the remark: Florida Marlins infielder Hanley Ramirez fouled a ball off of his foot in the first inning, which led to what both Marlins fans might refer to hereafter as The Jog. Whether he’s hurt or not, it’s kinda bizarre to see a major leaguer just jogging after a ball. I’m surprised he didn’t just pull out a lawn chair and take a snooze. It worked out for Ken Griffey, Jr.
