The Gregg Zaun, Rube Baker convergence

If you’re like me, you’re greatly amused when the catcher can’t seem to get the ball back to the pitcher. Once is hilarious enough, but three times in a row? Brewers’ catcher Greg Zaun had some sort of fit on Monday, and badly missed pitcher Yovani Gallardo with three straight throws; with a runner on second no less. Here’s the video for your enjoyment. As you can see, he comes nowhere close on these; and it’s only fitting that the announcer is Bob Uecker, who witnessed similar failings in Indians’ catcher Rube Baker in the film Major League II.
