Video Vault: Ray Allen hearts Marisa Miller, Joakim Noah hearts bloggers

Apr 18, 2010, 2:00 PM EDT

It’s not because of Marisa Miller’s hotness, Ray Allen is an amateur fashion photographer. Above is Boston Celtic Ray Allen enjoying the view as the incomparable Marisa Miller doing a photo shoot at United Center of Chicago mascot Benny the Bull. No, I have no idea what’s going on here, but I like it. [Total Pro Sports]
Join me after the jump for Joakim Noah’s plea to sports bloggers, crazy green men and Joe Montana vandalizing property.

Joakim Noah wants all sports bloggers to come to Chicago. There are few things more entertaining than a room full of sports bloggers, monkeys trapped in barrels notwithstanding. With Blogs With Balls 3 heading to Chicago in June, Bulls big man Joakim Noah makes a case for his adopted hometown and implores sports bloggers to unite and invade the City of Big Shoulders. They have Bagel Bites in Chicago, right? Otherwise, I ain’t interested. [Hugging Harold Reynolds]

The Green Men of Vancouver will have their revenge on Los Angeles. What’s more disturbing than grown men dressed in skin-tight suits of green tormenting an opposing player in the penalty box? Simple. Headstands. That’s some nightmare fuel right there. But hey, gotta support the team, right? The Canucks Green Men have achieved a level of notoriety unparalleled by any green suit wearing goofball. Except Charlie Kelly, of course, but that goes without saying.

Hey, it could have been worse, Joe Montana could have been up in his room masturbating. I don’t care who you are or where you came from, Joe Montana’s appearance on Saturday Night Live as “Sincere Guy Stu” is one of the funniest moments in the history of television. Unfortunately, I cannot locate the video (here is the transcript). If only I knew someone or had some sort of contact within the media conglomerate who has ownership rights to the long-running sketch comedy show. Huh. Oh yeah, here’s Joe Montana nailing a high school coach’s car with an errant throw of the football. Not as funny as “I hope I’m not disturbing them,” but still amusing. [Niner Noise]

Look, as cool as that Montana video may be, there’s no way it’s real. At least, there’s no way it’s not publicity. The voice of the guy with the camera is too clear and perfect.
