Ben Roethlisberger apologized to Steelers fans on Monday for that thing he says never happened, and for his part he’s happy to put the incident behind him and move on with the season. But as is often the case with alleged incidents in tiny nightclub restrooms, putting it all behind you is easier said than done. Terry Bradshaw, for one, thinks Big Ben needs a reality check. Bradshaw blasted Roethlisberger on Monday in a video courtesy of KTBS in Shreveport, Louisiana. Excerpt:
“Our relationship is not any good. When I told him to park the motorcycle, he got pissed. Then he had the accident, and since then he doesn’t like me and I’m learning not to like him. … There’s nothing greater, if you’re single, than to walk into a bar with beautiful women and have ‘em just fill your ego up. And you ask yourself, would they pay any attention to you if you weren’t who you are? And of course not, because I’m not that attractive and neither is Ben. So it’s nice that you can do that, but he’s gotta be careful.”
So in essence Bradshaw has the same message; this time telling Ben to park the libido, before he has an accident from which he can’t walk away.
Tuesday is just a tool, Marian; as good or as bad as the person who uses it. Never forget that.
