You should be dancing, yeah. You should be dancing, YEAH! No, there is absolutely nothing wrong with a Bee Gees reference, so bully to all of you naysayers. Here’s video of Marquette’s head basketball coach Buzz Williams getting down after his player, Darius Johnson-Odom, throws it down. Rock on with yo’ bad self, Buzz. [The Dagger]
After the jump, Sean Avery being Sean Avery, a blast from the past featuring Joltin’ Joe DiMaggio, German soccer fan feet fire and a super-special sexy treat as well!
Come along now. Don’t be shy.
You gotta love Sean Avery. The Rangers player is never shy to express his opinion (sloppy seconds, anyone?) and Sean Avery did just that when he made fun of Pittsburgh Penguins center Max Talbot’s less-than-manly pugilistic performance after Avery checked him after the whistle. Sorry, that wasn’t less-than-manly, that was a bona fide display of certifiable sissydom. [Puck Daddy]
I cannot say for certain, but I’m pretty sure the voice you hear in the video is simply reciting the lyrics to “Rock Me Amadeus”. Oh, you crazy Germans, when will you ever learn? The above video reminds me of the classic Mr. Bungle song, “My A** Is On Fire” because, well everything reminds me of that song. It’s usually not a good thing when your feet catch on fire while reveling in some soccer hooliganism, but at the same time, this guy probably didn’t feel it anyway. [Total Pro Sports]
Where have you gone, Joe DiMaggio? A television-viewing audience turns its lonely eyes to you. Woo woo woo. Things used to be so easy back in the ’50s. Our country was so innocent, so hopeful back then, and after filming an amusing baseball show, a goofy-looking Italian dude could go on and marry the sexiest woman on the planet. Simpler times. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I have some Buitoni macaroni boiling on the stove that requires my attention. [Walkoff Walk]
Finally, would you like to watch two girls making out in the stands at a Chicago Bulls game? Of course you would. [Busted Coverage]
